Terms and Conditions for Everyday OT Webinar Hub Subscription Service

1. Subscription Agreement: By subscribing to the Everyday OT Webinar Hub, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. This agreement governs your use of the webinar service provided by Eveyday OT.

2. Subscription Plans:

   • The Everyday OT Webinar Hub offers monthly and yearly subscription plans.
   • Subscribers can choose their preferred plan and payment frequency.

3. Payment and Billing:

   • Subscribers will be billed according to the selected subscription plan.
   • Payment is processed securely through our designated payment gateway.
   • Monthly subscriptions will be billed on the same day each month, and yearly subscriptions will be billed annually.

4. Cancellation and Refunds:

   • Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time.
   • No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

5. Content Access:

   • Subscribers gain access to a variety of webinars and all future webinars that are available during their subscription period. 
   • The Company reserves the right to add, remove, or modify content at its discretion.
   • Access is for personal use only and not permitted to be accessed by a group of any size. Unless authorised by Everyday OT any subscriber from a school/organisation address will be contacted to discuss their subscription.

6. Account Security:

   • Subscribers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
   • Notify Everyday OT immediately of any unauthorised use or security breach.

7. Intellectual Property:

   • All webinar content, including materials, presentations, and resources, is the intellectual property of Everyday OT.
   • Subscribers may not reproduce, distribute, or share content without explicit permission.
   • Subscribers must not show the materials from the webinars at any group setting including but not limited to Training Days, Croke Park Hours, Parent Talks etc.

8. Termination of Service:

   • Everyday OT reserves the right to terminate or suspend a subscriber's access to the Everyday OT Webinar Hub for violation of these terms.

9. Modification of Terms:

   • Everyday OT may update or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
   • Subscribers will be notified of any changes through the provided contact information.

10. Governing Law:

    • This agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland.

By subscribing to the Everyday OT Webinar Hub, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
